Health and grooming merge to form one division
Where the big change in the business structure comes is the fact that the current five division structure will be reduced to four. This is accounted for by the fact that the health care and grooming divisions will now be merged into one.
The new division will be called global health and grooming and will be led by David Taylor, who is currently head of the global home care brand. He will continue to head up brands such as Gillette and Oral B, but will now also head up the company’s pet care portfolio.
