Deborah Henretta will continue to head up P&G's beauty division
Perhaps most importantly for the cosmetics industry is the announcement that the new global beauty division will be headed up by Deborah Henretta, who is currently head of the global beauty care division. Henretta will continue to lead on big brands such as Head & Shoulders and Olay, and will be continuing to focus on growth in the emerging markets.
