Kim Rucker leaves Avon
Avon Products has announced that its senior vice president and General Counsel, Kim Rucker, will be leaving the company to become executive vice president, Corporate and Legal Affairs at Kraft Foods North America.
Sheri McCoy, Avon's CEO, said, "Kim has built and led a global legal organization that provides strategic legal counsel in partnership with our business leaders around the world.”
“We thank Kim for her leadership, commitment and many important contributions to Avon. We wish her the best in her new role at Kraft as she and her family return to her hometown of Chicago."
Avon will initiate an external search for a new General Counsel, with McCoy and Rucker working together on an interim transition plan for leadership of the company's global legal organization until a successor is named.
