CEO for FCE Cosmetique discusses event's development

During the FCE Cosmetique event in Sao Paulo last week, Cosmetics Design caught up with the man in charge of the event, Jaoa Paulo Picolo, to find out more about what was new this year and developments for the future.

This year's event took a big leap with lots of new additions to the show floor and a steady and full stream of visitors was a testimony to the attraction of the show.

The event has come be recognized as one of the major events in both Brazil and Latin America for the cosmetics and personal care industry, and is a one shop stop, serving packaging, formulation, equipment and services.

What was new at the show

In this video interview Picolo discusses new additions to the show such as the Talk Science platform, which was a full program of presentations highlighting some of the biggest innovations to come out of the science world to help drive the industry forward.

He also discusses the plans for next year's event, which include a shift in the dates, moving the event from the month of May to June, to help fit in better with other industry events that are traditionally held in May.
