Madison Reed is “operationally blowing up the salon channel”

Two months ago Madison Reed partnered with Ulta to sell hair color kits and bring its AI chatbot tool in-store. Cosmetics Design spoke with Amy Errett, CEO of Madison Reed, late last week to find out how the partnership is going and how this new company is rewriting the rules of hair color online, in-store, and now in salons.
