How to obtain a cosmetic export certificate
On completing or checking your product's status in the previous steps, you can now go straight to the Certificate Application Process here and follow the steps outlined to create an account.
If you are unable to apply online, a paper version is still available, however with this option the FDA requests that the original copy is mailed to its offices and reminds that you will still receive your certificates by email.

Please note that the Administration also charges a ten dollar fee for each certificate and cannot change the wording or notarize them.
