Kardashians hit back at legal suits

After being landed with a second lawsuit in recent weeks, the Kardashian sisters have hit back at claims that their ‘Khroma’ color cosmetic line is guilty of trademark infringement.

Boldface Licensing + Branding, the company that owns Khroma Beauty's license has filed a lawsuit on their behalf whereby it is looking to get a declaratory judgement from the District Court in California to put an end to all of the furor.

This comes after makeup brand 'Kroma' filed a suit in the form of a cease and desist letter last month to stop the Kardashian sisters trading under their similar beauty brand 'Khroma'.

Whilst a few days before that, co-owner of 'Chroma Makeup', Michael Rey, accused the sisters of trademark infringement, stating that it was difficult for customers to distinguish between the brands and that Chroma "is not in the business of endorsing low budget cosmetic products that will be sold in mass retail outlets."
