Procter & Gamble Annual General Meeting is expected to have a record number of female executives when it is held in Cincinnati today.

The company claims that a record 42 percent of its managers are now women, while a record high of five females will be sitting on an executive board that will total 11 people at the meeting, according to an AP report.

One of the most high profile executives is Meg Whitman, who is also currently CEO of Hewlett-Packard. She returned to the P&G board of executives earlier this year to become the fifth femal executive.

Likewise, six of the 21 executives heading up P&G businesses as line president are female, up from one out of 18 in 2000, the AP report also points out.
