O. Berk develops plastic pump for packaging

The ‘all-plastic’ lotion pump consists of a waterproof one-piece pump, while the domed oval plastic bottles have broad front and back panel areas to be visually disruptive.

Waterproof pump​

The company claims the lotion pump’s one-piece waterproof construction assists in preventing bacterial contamination, while the non-metal construction makes them compatible with virtually any pH liquid.

The lotion pumps are also leak-free and therefore well-suited for travel as they can be transported in any position without content discharge.

O. Berk claims the pump range is made environmentally responsible and easily recyclable plastic.

The plastic pump range is available in 24-410 and 28-410 closure sizes, and come in a broad range of colors.

Domed ovals​

The domed oval plastic bottles have broad front and back panel areas, designed to be eye-catching, according to the company.

The broad panels can be utilised for designs, whether on labels, silk-screened, hot stamped or intricate decorating combinations, according to the company.

Available in clear PET and PCR, domed ovals come in 8 oz., 16 oz. and 20 oz. sizes, and can be fitted with a wide range of pumps, sprayers, caps and dispensing closures.

The larger sizes represent a packaging option for brands sold in larger capacities at “big box stores” or used in salons.
