Revlon appoints leader of treasury and investor relations
Cosmetics company Revlon has appointed Elise Garofalo to the position of senior vice president of treasurer and investor relations.
In her new role, Garofalo will be in charge of the company’s investor relations activities and global treasury function.
Prior to taking up the position at Revlon, Garofalo acquired financial experience at Trimsum Group, GrafTech International and KPMG.
Revlon's recently released sales figures for 2009 showed a drop of 3.8 percent compared to 2008, from $1.35bn to $1.30bn, which the company put down to a weaker performance from the Revlon and Almay color cosmetics brands.
