New Chairman and CEO for Parlux
After current chairman and CEO Neil J Katz resigned over ‘philosophical differences’, Parlux Fagrances has appointed Frederick E Purches to the role.
Purches is both the founder of Parlux and the previous chairman, and has also served as a consultant to the company for several years.
Speaking of his appointment, Purches said that he was “pleased to take a more active role in Parlux’s future growth and its return to profitability.”
Katz held the position of chairman and CEO at Parlux since 2007, and is expected to remain with the company as a director and consultant, it was said in a statement.
