International Flavors and Fragrances’ (IFF) bottom line has suffered significantly from weakening sales, particularly with respect to the fragrance division and restructuring costs.
Givaudan achieved savings by integrating Quest International ahead
of plan, increasing its product portfolio and allowing it to
refocus on higher value-adding ingredients.
Avon Products, a world leader in direct selling of beauty and
related products, today said it expects sales and earnings per
share in the second quarter and full-year 2003 to increase in line
with preliminary estimates.
