CEO Stacey David leads fragrance maker Belle Aire Creations into the New Year
Stacey David has been with Belle Aire Creations for 10 years, joining the company in 2012 as a Sales Representative. She’s advanced over the years, holding roles including Senior Account Executive, Vice President of Sales, and most recently Chief Growth Officer. And Stacey David is credited with helping raise the company’s revenue some 118% over the past decade.
“Stacey is an exceptional leader and has the business development and analytical skills for this economic climate,” says Richard David, a Founding Partner of Belle Aire Creations and recently appointed Board President, in his remarks to the media.
“She will embrace our rich history while advancing for the future,” says Richard David. “Stacey’s passion for this industry and tremendous appreciation of her fellow colleagues will continue to support our long-lasting partnerships, drive our strategic alliances and will ensure our ongoing growth within the industry.”
Stacey David takes the lead at Belle Aire Creations following the loss of Donald Conover Senior
Donald Conover Sr founded Belle Aire Creations (then Belle Aire Fragrances) in 1982 in partnership with Richard David and Charles David; and he led the company as President and CEO until June of last year when he passed away due to cancer.
Conover was known not only for his leadership at Belle Aire but also for developing an odor elimination technology known as Total Malodor Management or TMM. “The technology is widely used throughout the world today in various applications. In addition to inventing TMM, Don’s professional achievements include several patents for disinfectants, odor control and home care products,” according to an in-memoriam item on the company’s site.
“I know that I speak for everyone at Belle Aire Creations in thanking our founders Donald Conover Senior, Richard David and Charlie David for their leadership and tireless dedication to the company,” says Stacey David in a media release announcing her as the company’s second CEO.
“I am incredibly excited to take on this new role and for the future of Belle Aire Creations,” she says. “We have an exceptionally talented team that is focused on taking influential actions to transform the business, continuing to innovate our product offerings in new and diverse ways and unlocking future growth opportunities.”
