On the back of continued strong growth, The Yield Growth Corp, owner of the hemp-based Urban Juve skin care brand, has confirmed it is moving into six more Latin American markets.

The company recently confirmed that it had signed deals to distribute the brand into both the Brazil and Colombia markets with OMG3, with the latest agreement playing a further part in the company’s ambitions to target as much as the Latin American region as possible.

Colombia will be the first market

Yield Growth Corp executives say that OMG3 is now in the process of rolling out distribution of the Urban Juve brand throughout Central and America, but so far the main focus has been in getting it to market in Colombia.

The first purchase order of 3,500 units has been placed, and the company says that the once the products are registered for sale in Colombia, and those products should be available in outlets across the country by early 2020.

The first products to be distributed will be the Urban Juve Moisturizers, as well as its signature Anti-Aging Serum, which is part of an eight sku line up of products covering the facial and body care category, and also includes three daily ritual kits.

Targeting 44,000 retail outlets in the region

Yield Growth says that the OMG3 distribution agreement means it now has more than 44,000 retail locations throughout the Latin American region and additionally that distribution is set to be expanded thanks to the OMG3’s partnership with LATAM on-demand delivery giant Rappi.

“In addition to creating in-house and co-branded hemp seed and cannabis-based product lines, our strategy is to bring major international brands to the market in the areas of cosmetics, therapeutic and pharmaceutical products,” said Jorge Diaz, President & CEO of OMG3.

“We strongly believe that the Urban Juve products will be an excellent addition to the current retail offer, finding their way to customers across borders due to their natural formulas and benefits.”
