In the third and final installment of our video interview, Kayla Villena, senior analyst in beauty and fashion at Euromonitor, discusses the cosmetics and personal care trends she saw on the show floor at Cosmoprof North America this year, shares insight into her work as a market research analyst, and more!

“In the beauty industry trends change very fast,” ​notes, Kayla Villena, senior analyst in beauty and fashion at Euromonitor. And she goes on to explain the value market research can have for beauty suppliers, manufacturers, and brands: “it’s nice to have view on what’s ebbing and flowing in terms of what’s trending and where we might be five years now,” ​says Villena.
