December 7, Cosmetics Design convenes a panel of industry insiders with expertise on hair care ingredient and formulation trends that go beyond the category’s most basic functions of cleaning, maintaining, and treating hair. This webinar delves into scalp care, which is shaping up to be a robust niche unto itself.

The free hour-long webinar will feature Romina Brown, Founder and CEO, Strategic Solutions International; Lorraine Oben, Hair Care Development Chemist, at Revlon / Elizabeth Arden; and Donna Pohlad, Founder of the hair color and hair care startup dpHue. editor Deanna Utroske will moderate the webinar, which will include presentations by each speaker and a roundtable discussion of scalp care.

Scalp care data and insights

The presentations will include a look at cross-channel data and insights about scalp care products on the market today as well as scalp care consumer data and brand opportunities in this category.

The webinar will also explore scalp care ingredients and formulating scalp care products as well as scalp morphology.

And the discussion will touch on how a brand can develop and launch a scalp care product, and about when and how the category makes sense for brands today.
