Entrepreneurial inclination:​ After 15 years working for prestige cosmetic brands around the world (making them millions of dollars), I was ready to launch my own company with my vision of beauty, reconciling both my professional experience backstage heading fashion week show / beauty editorial and my retail beauty work.

The business:​ Veil Cosmetics is all about weightless complexion solutions. 

The wow-factor:​ Being a complexion centric brand, Veil Cosmetics is all about finding the perfect fusion of skin care and makeup, offering superior textures that reveal skin without masking it.

The customer: ​The Veil Cosmetics customer is anyone from pro makeup artists to teenagers, millennials, professional women, busy mothers, [anyone] anywhere from 16 to 80 years old.

Milestone moment:​ I liked when we started to hear at tradeshows 3 years ago that people had heard about us or purchased the product before.

Advice for fellow indie beauty entrepreneurs:​ Turn your challenges into success stories. It is the only way forward.
