It has now been a full year since Cosmetics Design USA started its dedicated coverage of the Latin American market, bringing you the business news, trends and technology developments from that region.

In this article we look back on 2018 and bring you a selection of the most significant news, to highlight what has happened in the region, in the hope of also throwing some light on what will happen in the year ahead.

Hair care, body care, men’s grooming and fragrance have continued to dominate the trends in the region, but with the return to growth of Brazil market, by far the biggest in the region, we look set to see some interesting developments in the year ahead.
