Shiseido set to benefit from cosmetics growth in Russia

Capitalising on the dramatic rise in cosmetic sales in emerging markets, Japanese cosmetic company Shiseido has announced the development of a retail unit in Russia - a move that also aims to further its position in the global cosmetic rankings.

FEDSA seek reform of EU direct selling directive

The Federation of European Direct Selling Association (FEDSA) has attended a meeting with the EC to seek a reform of consumer protection legislation in Europe, to allow for global cosmetic companies to more freely retail in these markets.
