New scalp care brand JooY launches with five product collection

Tapping into the fermented ingredient trend, new scalp care brand JooY has launched with a core collection of five products: Clarify Shampoo, Clarify Conditioner, Soothing Scalp Serum, Scalp Resurfacing Serum and Scalp Energizing Brush. All of the products in the collection are plant based, made with 30% post-consumer recycled material, and are cruelty-free and formulated without sulfates, parabens, and DEA.

The brand’s hero products include the Scalp Resurfacing Serum, which is formulated to exfoliate the scalp to remove product build up, as well as the Soothing Scalp Serum, a leave-in product to soothe scalp irritation. The collection’s formulations include fermented apple cider vinegar, algae, peppermint, avocado, fermented rice water, and tea tree oil for natural efficacy to clarify and cleanse the hair and scalp.

Last month, indie skin care brand Face Reality released the latest product in its collection.
