Connie Tang joins Nu Skin as EVP, Chief Global Growth & Customer Experience Officer

The executive takes on her new role having over 10 experience with BeautiControl, nearly 4 years at JAFRA Cosmetics International, numerous board leadership roles in direct sales, and countless business awards to her credit.

“We are extremely fortunate to have such a talented leader join our team,”​ Ryan Napierski, President and CEO-Elect at Nu Skin says in this month’s press release announcing the appointment of Connie Tang to an Executive Vice President role with the company.   

“I have known Connie for many years and am confident that her skills, experience and reputation in beauty and wellness are perfectly aligned with our vision and strategy,”​ comments Napierski. “Throughout her career, Connie has focused on the needs of the customer first, driven transformative digital customer experiences and led global growth and expansion.”

“She has long been an advocate and prominent thought leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, which will be a significant addition to our Nu Skin team,” ​he says, adding that, “On top of all that, perhaps her most valuable attribute is her ability to inspire and lead others toward greatness.”

Tang adept at global business transformation

Nu Skin calls attention to Tang’s “track record of guiding global organizations through effective transformations to become more customer centered, digitally agile and better equipped to flourish in today's evolving economy.” ​And its experience she’ll certainly draw on for her work to build consumer loyalty and consumer growth.

As EVP, Chief Global Growth & Customer Experience Officer, Tang now leads a consumer experience team working across all markets and functions. She’s also tasked with improving company support of Nu Skin brand affiliates and the company’s sales leaders.
