The show has been based in Manhattan since it was first launched in September 2016, but with New Jersey being a huge hub for the formulation and ingredients sector, and Manhattan being an expensive destination, the move seems to hit a lot of the right notes.
This was the fourth edition of the event and the show has seen a significant expansion since its first inception, with the addition of the Formulation Lab, the trend tours and the Make Up and Sensory Bars.
New venue is convenient and inexpensive
During this video interview Daniel explains how the team has been scouting a new venue for the event, stating the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Northern New Jersey is a prime location, offering the size and scope that the team was looking for.
Additionally it should also prove to be convenient for both exhibitors and visitors to access, with free parking and hotels running on average at least 20% cheaper, Daniel stressed.
