H La Cosedora founder talks about nail art explosion in Latin America

Cosmetics Design caught up with H La Cosedora founder Juan Diaz, who has been at the forefront of pushing nail art and design in Colombia. 

Now, with the success of his business in the domestic market, the company is gradually expanding, pushing out its stamping designs in different markets in Latin America and beyond, thanks to increased distribution and teaming up with some of the biggest nail care providers in the market. 

War of the brushes​

The team at H La Cosedora also played a major part in this year's Belleza Y Salud event, where the hot trend was clearly all about nail care, and more specifically nail art. 

This year the War of the Brushes competition was conducted live on the show floor throughout the five day event and the company had played a major part in getting the contest off the ground, as well as supplying nail stamping designs for the contestants to use. 

As Juan Diaz explains, the company's involvement in this competition has served to highlight its expertise in this very specialized field, while also providing nail care professionals with plenty of design inspiration.
