ABIHPEC-ITEHPEC Innovation Award are open
The award organizers are officially inviting innovators in the beauty and personal industry to submit their latest ingredient launches or formulation concepts in a bid to find out which ones really make an impact.
The award is now in its 5th year and a diverse team of judges from every area of the industry have been selected to decide which submissions really stand out.
The award is open to all companies that are participating at the in-cosmetics Latin America event, which is taking place at the Expo Centre Norde, in Sao Paulo, from September 18 to 19.
Where to submit your entries
Companies can currently submit up to two entries by August 5h, and submissions can be made by either sending an email here or visiting this website.
"The entries we get for the Innovation Award every year are outstanding and demonstrate the high level of innovation in the beauty industry, not only in Latin America but around the world,” said Marina Kobayashi, Innovation Manager at ABIHPEC.
“We’re looking forward to seeing the quality ingredients that are entered this year and presenting the award at in-cosmetics Latin America once again.”
What the judges are looking for
This is one of the biggest and prestigious prizes for beauty industry formulators and ingredients developers in the Latin American region, so the stakes are high.
Judges will be looking for ingredients or formulations that really stretch the concepts of technology, innovation or sustainability to produce outstanding products that are truly effective for consumers.
Last year, Lubrizol scooped the top prize, followed by Hallstar and Inolex.
