Vantage acquires Textron Plimon Natural Oils
Vantage is a provider of natural-based ingredients for the personal care and is seeking to expand its portfolio offering by adding the considerable footing Textron already has in the naturals oils space, so the addition of the business will also serve to diversify the business.
Textron is based near Barcelona in Spain and through its state of the art processing facility it has built a global business sourcing and processing oils and see from all over the world.
Natural ingredients and preservatives
In the cosmetics and personal care space, Textron offers a range of natural oil based ingredients and preservatives, while it also has a range of food oils and bismuth derivatives.

A good fit for Vantage
Vantage has been undergoing a period of expansion since it was acquired by H.I.G. in October 2018, with the addition of Textron making it the fourth business it has added to the Vantage group.
