Count down begins for NYSCC Suppliers Day 2018
Boosted significantly by the new city location, the event managed to notch up an attendance over 8,700 industry professionals, backed by 485 exhibitors and all representing more than 60 different countries.
Trying to top that 2017 performance is going to be challenging, but the NYSCC volunteers behind the organization for this year’s event believe their hard work could do it.
This year’s show
The event will take place from May 16 – 16 and will again take place at the Javits Convention Center, after it was moved from the Edison location, where for years limitations on space had curbed the event’s growth potential.
Indeed, the continued popularity of the event meant that over 80% of the available booth space was already booked up by the end of last year’s show.
NYSCC Suppliers Day is very much the preferred event amongst the many formulation suppliers in the Tri-State area, and to maintain that appeal the organizers are aiming to expanding its award ceremony, as well as the conference segment, while also anticipating that the exhibitor floor space will be sold out.
NYSCC Awards Night
This year is the third annual awards event, which will be marked by the theme “The Art and Science of Formulation”.
The ticketed masquerade inspired event will be held at Stage 48, located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and also within proximity of the exhibition space.
The award is focused on showcasing the talents and creativity of formulators who can creatively blend the synergies of science and art, while also tapping into exceptional sensorial attributes.
