Koda Distribution Group acquisition to strengthen chemicals distribution
The DeWolf Compaies supplies the personal care, colour cosmetic and HI&I sectors across the US. The DeWolf Companies president Hank DeWolf explained the company’s focus.

The company has been acquired to increase Koda’s profile as a dominant specialty chemical distribitution channel to these markets. It will now merge with KDG’s existing care activities across its business, forming the newly created central unit ‘Koda Care’.
