Disney releases adult cosmetic lines
‘Beautifully Disney’ and ‘Fiery Spirit’ are color cosmetics brands which will be released this autumn. They include nail lacquers, lip gloss and eye shadow.
The ranges’ packaging will feature images of some of Disney’s most famous female protagonists, including Mulan, Jasmine and Belle.
A spokesperson said that the images were intended to evoke the spirits of those characters, who were depicted as strong-willed and independent.
Lisa Bergman, the merchandiser for ‘Beautifully Disney’, told guampdm.com: “These are real cosmetics for real women, and they're not one-time-only products. Women can buy and replace them (as needed).”
