New Year, new analyst as Mintel appoints global skin care specialist

Market research company has begun the New Year with the appointment of a new Global Skin Care Analyst as it looks to continue to deliver valuable insights in the sector.

Chris Lindsley will commence his new role with the market intelligence firm immediatelyand brings a host of industry knowledge and experience with him.

Lindsley joins Mintel after working with Procter & Gamble, where he was R&D project manager for Olay Regenerist boutique EMEA, gaining extensive experience in designing, analysing and presenting qualitative and quantitative research, project management and identifying consumer trends within the skin care industry.

Track record

Lindsley makes a strategic addition to Mintel’s Beauty & Personal Care team, and in his new role he will be sharing responsibility for supporting Mintel’s premium service for the beauty industry, providing timely andrelevant research, predictive analysis and critical recommendations.

Transferrable knowledge

In his other previous roles, Lindsley served as senior researcher in the Fabric and Home Care sector for Procter & Gamble, being responsible for technical test method development to communicate and engage consumers with P&G products, brand development and research strategies.

His main consumer experience is across Western Europe, and has equipped him with a solid understanding of consumer behaviour, trends and innovation; although believes this will also suit him and transfer to a global role focused on skin care.

Lindsley will be located in Mintel’s headquarters in London, covering issues within the global skincare market.
