Fusion Packaging honored for its growth
The award is given by the SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, which identifes the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in the Dallas Metroplex, then honors them at the Southwest, The Morton Meyerson Symphony Center.
Fusion Packaging was given the award for its growth rate over a two year span and its 'initiative, dedication, determination and entrepreneurial spirit'.
Winners are selected based on growth as a percentage of sales increase and dollar growth in the given period. These figures are calculated and confirmed by a top accounting firm in the Dallas area.
More than 1,100 guests filled the Meyerson Symphony Center for the evening, which included a keynote address by Jere Thompson, CEO of Ambit Energy, who told the audience "It’s all about your attitude. If you’re excited about something, that excitement is contagious.”
