Anti-aging benefits of egg oil laid out by Natural Sourcing

The Connecticut-based firm announced the availability of its new product [INCI: Egg Oil] within its growing line of specialty oils for use in personal care products.

“Natural Sourcing's Egg Oil is 100 percent natural oil extracted through a special technical process from hen eggs. It contains no chemicals, additives or preservatives,”​ says the company.

Quality cholesterol source​

“As the oil is protein-free, the cholesterol is readily absorbed into the skin and hair. Personal care products containing cholesterol have shown great promise in healing dry and damaged skin and in conditioning damaged or color treated hair. Egg Oil may also help reduce premature hair loss.”​

VAV Life Sciences, based in India, uses its product Oleova for sunscreen​ applications but has also been exploring its application in hair and skin care formulations.
