Volumizing anti-aging skin care ingredient

Called Adipofill, it is a bio-controlled lipo-filling-like alternative injectible face fillers. Moreover, it aims to improve structural aging due to lipoatrophy or loss of adipose tissue.

Combining a new generation of delivery system​

Adipofill, which combines water, propanediol, ornithine, phospholipids and glycolipids, is a true multi-functional ingredient as it is combined with the company's Ionosome delivery system, which has been designed as a new generation of resistant delivery systems. 

The patented Adipofill is combined with L-ornithine, an amino acid obtained by biotechnology from vegetable starch and then encapsulated in an Ionosome.

The Ionosome delivery system is a polysaccharide-coated encapsulation, hydrophobized polysaccharides inserted in the protective coating other wise known as the phospholipid membrane.

 Protection combined with good penetration​

The goal of this delivery system is at first to protect L-ornithine, which is only one amino acid, while combining to get a good penetration because the Adipocyte are more at the lower base of the epidermis.

This precise delivery system targets adipocytes and creates a lipo-filling action to reverse age related lipoatrophy and plump up the skin. This plumping is similar to young skin that has full firm fat compartments and gives a youthful glow, compared to aged skin which has deflated fat compartments with a dull appearance.

Proprietary lipohormesis​  

Lipohormesis means stimulation of adipose tissue that is not patented, the active is patented not the Lipohormesis - it is a patented mechanism to create expansion in adipose tissue.

By activation or up regulation of the transcription factor HIF-1α and its related genes, Adipofill activates adipogenesis to create the transformation of pre-adipocytes into adipocytes. Adipofill reproduces lipohormesis phenomenon and mimics the lipo-filling result by increasing fatty tissue volume with a global action.

The triglyceride storage increase inflates adipocytes leading to a bigger volume and diameter,  plumping up the skin and leading to what the ingredient player claims will be a more youthful appearance.
