CEO and Cosmetic EVP at Henkel awarded contract extensions

Consumer goods manufacturer Henkel has extended the contract of CEO Kasper Rorsted for a further five years as it looks to continue its on-going development.

Rorsted joined the Schwarzkopf hair care maker in 2005 as a member of the Management Board and was appointed CEO in 2008.

 

The company has also announced it will extend Hans Van Bylen, executive vice president Cosmetics/Toiletries, stay at the company for a further five years also.

 

“We are delighted that Henkel will continue to benefit from the experience and expertise of Kasper Rorsted. Under his leadership as CEO since 2008, Henkel has developed very successfully,”​ said Dr Simone Bagel-Trah, chairwoman of the Shareholders’ Committee and the Supervisory Board.

 

“We are also pleased to extend the contract of Hans Van Bylen, who has led the Cosmetics/Toiletries business to an excellent performance over the past years.”
