US-based ingredient supplier Colonial Chemical has expanded the exclusive distribution deal it has with German company Brenntag as it looks to reach out to more countries in Europe.

Brenntag’s current reach includes Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and Ireland, and will now extend to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland too.

"We value the profitable association with Brenntag Group that began earlier this year. They've shown a solid commitment to our business and we're excited about utilizing their expertise and experience as we seek to grow sales of our products in this region of the world," explains David Anderson, president, Colonial Chemical.

The agreement encompasses the full range of Colonial Chemical's surfactants used in formulations for personal care, as well as other industries.
