Inolex starts distribution of Kerabase hair conditioning base
Inolex, supplier of specialty chemicals for the personal care and cosmetics industries, based in Philadelphia, USA, has introduced Kerabase L.C, a hair conditioning base using a pre-blend system.
The ingredient uses a pre-blend system and is aimed at hair care manufacturers, the company claims the pre-blend system yields stable formulas with applications properties desired by consumers.
Kerabase L.C enables customizable products with ‘one-pot’ production by adding water, emollient, fragrance and actives. It is also pre-neutralised which is easier for manufacturers and formulators, streamlining the process.
It uses amidoamine conditioners instead of quats, avoiding the associated irritation and environmental problems.
