PrePak Holdings announced it has formed a new health and beauty division, Celeste Health & Beauty.

The Tennessee-based group has a list of dedicated companies focused on contract manufacturing and packaging, and Celeste Health & Beauty will operate as its health and beauty supply chain provider.

“The formation of Celeste Health & Beauty opens up significant new market opportunities and will drive growth to our current manufacturing and packaging subsidiaries,” said Renard Jackson, newly appointed CEO of PrePak.

Unlocking new avenues in manufacturing and packaging

Celeste Health & Beauty will provide PrePak Holdings with a foundation for innovation, custom equipment design, industry marketing insight, practical knowledge of packaging materials, and in-depth expertise in current Good Manufacturing Practice and packaging processes.

“We are excited about this new addition to the PrePak group of companies, and are confident that we will increase our industry knowledge and add new packaging innovations and designs as a result,” Jackson continued.

The new innovations and designs are evidenced in Celeste Health and Beauty’s large range of custom and standard packaging services.

Its range includes packaging for lip gloss, lipstick, fragrance, mascara, foundation, foot care, skin care, hair care and oral care products.

“It’s a great honor to join a forward-thinking leadership team in this new venture,” said Dominick Montano, vice president for Celeste Health & Beauty.

“The manufacturing capabilities and fiscal strength PrePak has demonstrated in the past will help grow Celeste Health & Beauty into a very competitive customer-focused service provider to the health and beauty industry.”

The new health and beauty division will operate in Whippany, New Jersey, with an additional manufacturing facility in Easton, Maryland.
