HCT designs travel pack for Urban Decay face powder
Tapping into the trend for on-the-go and travel friendly packs, HCT Packaging has designed the new loose powder container for Urban Decay.
The brand called for something hassle free and easy to use, which led HCT to propose a pot with attached blending puff and an on/off switch, the company said.
The switch allows the user to control the amount of powder that is flowing through the puff, which according to HCT can cut down on spillage when in transit.
“Urban Decay approached us to create and manufacture a compact all-in-one pot to contain and apply their loose powder product. The Razor Sharp packaging is based on one of our stock components; with additional custom design giving it the Urban Decay look and feel,” said Nick Gardner, vice president, HCT California.
