Prestige Brands appoints new general counsel and secretary
The board of directors at consumer products company, Prestige Brands Holdings has appointed Eric Klee to the position of general counsel and secretary.
“[Eric’s] broad base of experience in consumer products and SEC law will serve the Company and its shareholders well as we move forward," said president and CEO Matthew Mannelly.
Klee previously held the position of associate general counsel at Prestige Brands after joining the company in April 2006.
Prestige Brands markets and distributes brand name personal care, OTC healthcare and household products. Its portfolio includes Cutex nail polish remover and Comet household cleaner.
