Greenstations has launched a new spray-on product containing hot pepper and caffeine extract aimed at treating thinning hair and scalp conditions.

The product is aimed at treating itchy or irritated scalps, which the company claims can lead to clogged hair follicles - in itself known to be a leading cause for hair loss.

The pepper extract comes from capasaicin pepper, which provides the unclogging action, while the caffeine extract is said to help topical scalp absorption by 40 percent.

The formulation also contains a range of herbal extracts, including saw palmetto, pygeum and olive leaf, which are all included with the aim of preventing hair follicle degradation.
