Global head of personal care at Unilever to step down
Consumer giant Unilever has announced that Vindi Banga, President, Global Foods, Home and Personal Care, is to leave the company.
Ending his 33-year career with Unilever at the end of May, Banga will be replaced Dave Lewis, the current executive vice president of Unilever UK & Ireland.
The creation of a ‘One Unilever Global Foods, Home and Personal Care Global Category’ organization was led by Banga, which now develops all Unilever’s brands.
“Our global category organization is a real powerhouse that combines global brand and technology scale with local knowledge and execution,” Banga said in a statement.
