ESS Technologies introduces end-of-line packaging machinery
ESS Technologies has developed a machine combination for packing and palletizing to help manufacturers save both time and space.
The Bergami Model K 15 Horizontal Case Packer works with the ESS Robotic Mini Palletizer Cell to pack and palletize containers for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics industries.
The new case packer and palletizer is designed for packaging facilities where floor space is at a premium. The design takes up an area of only 17’-1” x 7’-7”.
The end-of-line packaging machine is also marketed on its speed. The K 15 is capable of packing up to 15 cases per minute, while the integrated robotic pallet cell handles up to 30 cases per minute.
ESS Technologies said fast changeover (15-20 minutes typical) and touch screen controls make the system operator friendly.
