IFF appoints new director of specialty retail
International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has appointed a fragrance veteran to take up the position of director of specialty retail.
Susan McEwen comes to IFF from Quest where she was part of the original team that opened and then expanded the Quest Creative Center in Manhattan. She moved from a career in perfumery to sales 16 years ago and has since managed many fragrance teams.
Lorenzo Cavallaro, IFF VP sales for North American fine fragrances, said: “We are pleased to find someone as capable as Ms. McEwen to be responsible for growing IFF’s North America market share in the Specialty Retail Category.
“In addition, she is expected to play a key role in the creation of a Specialty Retail Team with key focus on long term sales growth sustainability driven by people development and succession planning.”
