Peptan collagen peptides for beauty from inside and out
Peptan is a bioactive ingredient known to promote skin beauty. Its efficacy has already been demonstrated through several studies including ex vivo studies and clinical trials.*
In particular, the aim of the ex vivo study was to assess the influence of Peptan collagen peptides on different indicators of skin elasticity, moisture and tonicity. This was carried out by using an ex vivo model of human skin explants, that were maintained in a cell culture system containing Peptan. The results show that Peptan positively modulates the composition of human skin.
