Sourced from jojoba leaves, optimally adapted to dry dessert conditions to protect the plant from dehydration, maintaining its livelihood & making the desert lush and refreshing.

An activity screening using microarray test technique indicated enhanced expression of genes related to improved skin barrier function and skin cells cohesion such as cytokeratins, desmoplakins that are an important part of the desmosome adhesion complex together with syndecans, involucrin and extracellular cell matrix like fibronectin that are responsible to the wholesomeness and structural support of the skin.  This may result in enhanced skin performance and moisture restore.

In vivo studies show significant improvement of the skin barrier resulting in decrease of dehydration and improving skin appearance and integrity expressed in smoothing and tensor effects. ​
