Taiki
Mary Ann Sosa, an account manager for Taiki, (left) discusses the company’s applicators and brushes at MakeUp in New York.
Taiki showcased a new collection of flex-type applicators—which won a spot on the Innovation Tree—that are available with and without mitts. The mitt-covered style is designed for use with color cosmetics while those without mitts are intended for use as a skin care spatula and applicator.
At MakeUp in New York the company also showed its new collection of colored 3D sponges with handles. Sosa tells Cosmetics Design that the handled versions are meant to keep both hands and applicators cleaner.
