Fusion developed eight packages for Kamou in total, for the brand’s Anti-Aging P.M. Soufflé, Anti-Aging Eye Cream and six-piece Skin Care Collection Travel Set.
For the travel set, which contains six flight-friendly products for on-the-go customers, Fusion developed a bespoke design using custom tubes and 10ml and 15ml polypropylene airless bottles from its eco-friendly Eclipse collection.
Packaging includes a full travel set design
Products in the travel set include a gel primer, facial cleanser and brightening pearls, with Fusion noting that the portable kit provides new users with an affordable way of sampling the Kamou product line before committing to full size products.
For the anti-aging soufflé and eye-cream, Kamou looked to Fusion’s Edge collection to create a sleek and contemporary look, selecting jars with a double-wall feature and a square, modern design.
Earlier this year, US-based contract manufacturer Paklab announced it had been exclusively entrusted with the development and manufacturing of Kallini Beauty’s initial products: an anti-aging primer and three shades of tinted moisturizer.
Camouflage technology borrowed from the military
Kamou is the first brand of US company Kallini Beauty, which was founded in 2012 by skin care and anti-aging expert Pamela Netti.
The brand claims to use the same camouflage science as the US military in order to hide wrinkles, blending skin tone pigments with light reflectors to create a flawless complexion.
According to Kamou, independent clinical lab tests showed that 90 per cent of women using a combination of the brand’s anti-aging gel primer and tinted moisturizer reported hydrated skin and positive changes in skin texture. Some 87 per cent said their complexion appeared and felt softer, 81 per cent reported refined skin texture and 75 per cent said the treatment brightened the skin.
