Lancome skin corrector selects injection molded bottle
L’Oréal brand Lancome utilised the expertise of French packager Axilone to bottle and cap its latest skin care product, Visionnary of Lancome.
The bottle was copolyester injection molded with the different shades of dark blue obtained by using a special varnish over a base coloured in the mass created by Axilone Plastique's colour Department.
The cap was moulded in bi-injection with copolyester and ABS, using a rotary mould and hot runner with valve pins. It was then subjected to selective galvanisation with a chrome finishing.
The two moulds were designed and produced in our mould production Department. The sides and collar are in chrome galvanised ABS.
