Cosmetic firm sees the Benefit of US eCommerce platform

San-Francisco based Benefit Cosmetics has achieved record online sales for the company in the US, supported by a multichannel eCommerce platform that was launched less than a month ago.

The LVMH brand turned to hybris, a multichannel commerce software vendor, to launch a new US website running on its eCommerce platform with the dual objectives of growing sales globally and improving site conversion, by redesigning its current sites.

“The platform’s highly flexible front end allowed us to create the unique user and brand experience we wanted our customers to have, with a technical solution that could scale from the US to our international markets,”​ said Valerie Hoecke, Benefit’s vice president, Digital Experience and Commerce.

“We are currently using hybris in the US and China, with plans for the UK and additional countries and languages launching next year.”
