P&G has announced the retirement of two members of its board of directors, Charles Lee and Ralph Snyderman.

The departure of the two members, who both served on the board for more than 15 years, is in accordance with the company’s customary retirement age for directors.

According to the company, current director Patricia Woertz will take over Lee’s position as chair of the audit committee, and director Scott Cook will replace Snyderman as chair of P&G’s innovation and technology committee.

“Chuck and Ralph have served P&G's board with distinction for more than 15 years. Their insights, counsel and leadership have been invaluable," said Bob McDonald, board chairman, president and CEO.
