Jason launches new baby care range

Jason, a leading natural personal care products is using the
Earth's Best brand to introduce Earth's Best Baby Body Care, a line
of six hypo-allergenic formulas using natural and organic
ingredients, due to be launched on the US and UK markets,
reports Simon Pitman.

Both Jason and Earth Best Brand - a producer of organic foods for babies and toddlers - are part of the Hain Celestial Group, which is a leading natural and organic food, beverage and personal care products company in North America and Europe.

Hain Celestial​ has chosen to combine two of its leading brands names in a move that aims to capitalise on the recognised brand power for both divisions, as well as the chances of using production synergies.

"Jason has made the most natural, organic baby care products, free of synthetic and chemical ingredients for our Earth's Best brand,"​ said Irwin Simon, president and CEO of Hain Celestial.

"Jason also introduced new Red Elements skin care and Lip Temptations product lines and added two new formulas to our Sunbrellas line of sun protection products, since consumers are seeking healthier products suited to their lifestyles with the benefit of natural and organic ingredients."

Jason's Earth's Best Body Care features 2-in-1 Shampoo and Body Wash in Lavender, Everyday Lotion in Lavender, Extra Rich Therapy Creme in Calendula, Diaper Relief Ointment, Baby Oil and Chemical Free Sunblock SPF 30+.

The formulas are said to be 70 per cent organic and are free from any synthetic fragrances. The company also say that, although some products contain small amounts of essential oils, they contain neither lanolin, mineral oil, petroleum and waxes nor any harmful chemicals and other skin irritants.

This line is also hypo-allergenic and paraben free, which the company says should give parents peace of mind about making the right choice in baby body care products. It will be available in the United States in May and the United Kingdom in June.
